Library FAQs

If you've searched for a particular book or DVD and you get the No records found message (or simply don't see what you want in the list on the screen), follow the Suggestions on the page and try again.  (For example, be sure you've typed everything correctly!)

If you still get No Records Found or still don't see the thing you are looking for, use the drop-down list next to the search box and select SUNY Libraries.  Then click the magnifying glass to find out if any SUNY library owns the book or movie you're looking for.

In this case, there are copies in other SUNY Libraries.  You can click on Check for Available Services

Then you can click Sign in and follow the login prompts.

Then that yellow banner will have gone away and you can click Request Item.  

Then click Send Request.

You will get an email telling you when your book or movie is available.

If you search SUNY Libraries and you still don't find what you're looking for, try searching WorldCat.  If you find it there, use the same steps as above to request a copy.
