Library FAQs

Sign into Library resources with your myTC3 credentials. Use the same username and password that you use for your TC3 email and Web Courses.

Current TC3 students, faculty, and staff should all have these credentials.

Pay close attention to the sign in prompts. If you are asked to provide an email address, students need to use their TC3 username followed by @mymail.tc3.edu, like abc123@mymail.tc3.edu.

• If you are having trouble logging in, you can Reset Your Password.

• If you are having other issues with myTC3, contact Technology Support.

• If you try to access an article that asks you for a username and password other than your TC3 ID (or asks you to pay), you might be on a publisher's website without going through the TC3 Library first.  Find articles by going through the Library's OneSearch or Articles search boxes.

• If there is a particular article you wish to access in full-text, follow the steps to finding a specific article.

• Ask a Librarian to help you get what you need.

Some library databases offer free personal accounts that let you save the articles or books you've found so you can get back to them later.  These are separate from your myTC3 credentials.
