How can I get Google Scholar to show me if the TC3 library has an article?

Good question! There are a few ways.

First, if you are using a school computer on campus, you should see links to TC3 in your Google Scholar search results automatically.

If you don't see links like that already, or if you are on a computer off campus, you can go to Google Scholar and click on the three lines of the menu in the upper left to open your options. Then click Settings.

Once you are in the settings, click Library links and in the search box type Tompkins and click the magnifying glass. Put a check mark in the box next to Tompkins Cortland Community College - View the item@TC3 and click Save.
