MyTC3 is down. Can I get to anything?

You might be able to. It depends where the system is broken.  Please try the following.

 

For Email, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive

  1. Go to office.com (also being referred to as Microsoft 365)
  2. Log in with your TC3 email address and usual password
    • student email addresses are usually your initials, followed by three numbers, followed by @mymail.tc3.edu

For Web Courses in Brightspace

  1. Go to Mylearning.suny.edu
  2. Click Network Login
  3. For Campus, Select Tompkins Cortland
  4. Click Login and sign in as usual
