First, go to outlook.office.com/tc3.edu and sign in with your TC3 username and password.

Or, you can go to myTC3 and in the left menu, under TOP APPS, click myMail to get to Outlook.

Then, once you are in Outlook, click the blue cloud icon in the left menu or click the "waffle" App Launcher and select OneDrive from there. 

The App Launcher is also where you can get to the online versions of Word, Excel, Power Point and even more Microsoft apps.
