I want articles from The New York Times. Can you help me?

Answer

Yes!  The library subscribes to the New York Times for all of our students, teachers and staff.

Each of us has to activate our own account.  Once you've done that, you can go to NYTimes.com for current articles and also the full archive back to 1851.  You can sign up for newsletters, follow topics you're interested in and download apps.

To activate:

Go to accessnyt.com.

In Find School, start typing Tompkins Cortland... and select SUNY Tompkins Cortland County Community College - Dryden NY.

If you are on campus, click the link.

If you are off campus, click the Go button and sign in with your usual TC3 username (usually your initials followed by three numbers) and password

Use your TC3 email address to create your NYT account.  Remember that student emails end with @mymail.tc3.edu

If you are looking for specific articles or topics, Ask a Librarian for help.
