Can a librarian help me troubleshoot a research assignment?
Answer
Yes!
This service is available to all TC3 faculty who develop course assignments requiring any library research. We have several goals in helping faculty develop and troubleshoot their research assignments:
- Make sure that the information you require from your students can be found in the library or through resources available to the library.
- Confirm that any resources, databases, or search tools listed in the assignment are available through the TC3 library.
- Test the research component from a user's point of view, providing feedback about confusing language or other obstacles students are likely to encounter.
- Provide professional consultation to help customize your library research assignment to incorporate the most effective and accessible sources in the library.
